I am a freelance copywriter, specializing in alternative medicine in all its various shapes and shades, with two decades of experience in marketing. I was producing personalized direct mail packages for the pharmaceutical industry in the 1970s when computerized mailings were cutting edge. This is my own third business so I do understand the needs and wishes of the small business owner. Freelance means that I, not some impersonal agency, work for you.

My hobby for the past 40 years has been digging up non-standard approaches to healing, particularly the biggest diseases, arthritis, cancer, diabetes and cardio-pulmonary. I’ve found that very often the simplest thing can make a huge difference in the patient’s life.

My hobby began when I had rheumatoid arthritis and the only thing my doctor could offer me was, “Four aspirins every hour until your ears ring, then stop until they stop ringing. Repeat as needed.” After ten years of hell, by accident I lucked into Vitamin E. Not just relief, a cure! I’ve been trying to get someone to research it ever since but, since it can’t be patented, nobody can get the money to look into it. I’ve had four other “incurable” conditions cured by this amazing vitamin alone. And two more cured by the B vitamin complex. I am fascinated by the possibilities! 

After a retirement devoted to keeping my husband alive as long as possible, I have returned to the business world.  An in-depth course with the prestigious American Writers and Artists Institute (AWAI) brought my skills up to date and started me in this highly satisfying career.

I write Web pages, e-mail campaigns, direct mail packages, sales letters, ads, white papers, press releases, articles, brochures, newsletters and any other marketing material my clients need to sell their products and services.
